Lego Robotics
The Lego season has just started, and I am at a new school this year (Catlin Gabel). Our coach is Dale Yocum, the guy who made these NXT tutorials. This year is a lot different than at Touchstone; there are several teams, each one being 5 people or less. This means no screwing around (if you want to do well at the competition, that is). Also, all of the teams have "Robobucks". These are little pieces of paper which you can use to patent an idea you have (so another team can't copy it), buy an idea from another team, or get some help from Dale with something. You can earn Robobucks by sorting Lego pieces, and you can lose them for getting caught messing around. After we go to the competition, I'll post how we did.
